Our mission is to identify, celebrate and connect emerging leaders in the technology sector. Our programs and events connect women from across the global. Events are both virtual and in person and have brought together hundreds of women to exchange ideas, foster relationships and make impact.

Virtual Events
We are a global community and we make a conscious effort to connect across countries through our virtual events. These digitally enabled discussions are small group gatherings via Google Hangout, live-tweeted and live streamed. We intentionally include women from across the globe and discuss everything from career advancement to technical innovation.

In-Person Events
Our events bring local communities women in the tech sector with the goal of catalyzing opportunities for women who are advancing in their career. Our events focus on discussions and informal but facilitated conversations. Attendees are intentional and hand selected to ensure a high quality of exchange. Past events have included a unique mix of senior-level, mid-level and rising leaders as well as events tailored to engage the younger generation, such as high school students.
